... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from midnight tonight
to 4 am EST Tuesday...

* areas affected: central Virginia Piedmont.

* Hazards: snow... sleet and freezing rain.

* Accumulations: three to four inches of snow... and up two
tenths of an inch of ice.

* Temperatures: lows tonight around 20. Highs late Monday in the
lower 30s... .rising to the mid 30s late Monday night.

* Timing: snow overspreading the area late Sunday evening... then
continuing through the morning hours Monday. The snow is
expected to change to sleet and freezing rain Monday afternoon
and evening before changing to all rain late Monday night.

* Impacts: hazardous travel due to snow and ice covered roads.
