... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
10 am EST Thursday...

* hazard types... wind chills.

* Wind chill... between 10 and 20 below zero tonight.

* Timing... wind chills will drop below 10 below zero tonight and
are expected to rise into the single digits below zero during
the day Thursday.

* Impacts... wind chills less than 10 below zero will be
dangerous if proper precautions are not taken.

* Winds... west 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Temperatures... single digits to mid teens.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
