... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 10 am EST
Saturday...
... Wind Chill Advisory in effect from midnight tonight to 9 am
EST Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Wind
Chill Advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 am
EST Sunday. The wind chill watch is no longer in effect.

* Snow accumulation... 3 to 5 inches.

* Snow beginning... late this afternoon.

* Period of most intense snow... overnight tonight.

* Snow ending... heaviest snow will end early Saturday but snow
showers and flurries will continue through Saturday evening.

* Wind chill... as low as 24 below due to temperatures 4 below to
11 above zero... and winds northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up
to 40 mph.

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to a combination of falling and
blowing snow. Use caution when traveling... especially in open
areas.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
