... Wind chill warning remains in effect until 9 am EST Sunday...
... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EST this
evening...

* precipitation type... snow

* accumulations 3 to 5 inches.

* Winds... northwest 2o to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Temperatures... single digits today becoming below zero tonight
into Sunday..

* wind chills... 20 to 35 degrees below zero through tonight.

* Timing... snow will continue today. The heaviest snow will be
tonight. Lowest wind chills are expected late tonight through
Sunday morning.

* Impacts... snow will cause slippery roads and travel will be
difficult. Visibility will be reduced below one-half mile at
times in snow and blowing snow. The dangerously low wind
chills will lead to frost bite and hypothermia if precautions
are not taken.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow will cause
travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited
visibilities... and use caution while driving.

A wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air and
strong winds will create dangerously low wind chill values. This
will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia or death if
precautions are not taken.
