... Winter Weather Advisory now in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST Sunday...

* snow accumulation... 3 to 5 inches.

* Period of most intense snow... overnight.

* Snow ending... heaviest snow will end this morning but snow
showers and flurries will continue into the evening.

* Wind chill... as low as 24 below due to temperatures 3 below to
12 above zero... and winds northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up
to 30 mph.

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means that
visibilities will be limited due to a combination of falling and
