... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
eastern Carroll... western Baltimore and central Howard counties...

At 847 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has moved
east of the warned area... although lighter showers continue. High
water has been reported in portions of Howard County and local
streams continue to rise from recent heavy rain. Flash flooding
continues to be a threat.

* until 1130 PM EDT

* at 833 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the area. Parts of central Baltimore County
received more than one inch of rain earlier today. Additional
thunderstorms producing rainfall amounts of one inch are greater
are possible this evening. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.
