... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 330 am EDT for
Baltimore... northern Anne Arundel... south central Harford and eastern
Howard counties and the Baltimore City...

At 227 am EDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the area. Up to one inch of rain has been
reported with these storms. This combined with the already one to
two inches that fell over the area earlier in the day will make
flash flooding an immediate threat.
