Winter Storm Nacio, the third winter storm in five days to affect the Northeast, is bringing pockets of locally heavy snow to parts of the Ohio Valley, Appalachians and mid-Atlantic states Tuesday. Winter storm warnings are posted for parts of southern Pennsylvania, southern Ohio and the higher peaks of the Appalachians.
