... Lake effect snow warning remains in effect until 10 PM EST
this evening...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 10 am EST Sunday...

* accumulations... additional snowfall accumulations of 2 to
locally 5 inches under the persistent lake effect snow bands.
This will bring storm total accumulations to a range between 8
and 15 inches.

* Timing... lake effect snow bands will continue to be heavy at
times through the evening then gradually diminishing tonight.

* Wind chill... as low as 21 below due to temperatures 4 below to
8 above zero... and winds northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up
to 30 mph.

* Impacts... snow covered roads and reduced visibility during
heavier snow showers and squalls. Dangerous wind chills can
result in frostbite or hypothermia in minutes. Frigid
temperatures could freeze water pipes.

* Winds... northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Temperatures... 4 below to 8 above zero.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory is issued when strong wind will combine
with cold temperatures to create dangerously cold conditions for
exposed skin. The wind will make it feel like it is 10 degrees
below zero or colder for a period of several hours. If you will
be outdoors use common sense and dress warmly... making sure that
