The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has cancelled the
Winter Weather Advisory.

* Snow ending... scattered snow showers will continue through the
afternoon... with activity becoming isolated by evening. Little
addtional accumulation.

* Wind chill... as low as 20 below due to temperatures 3 below to
8 above zero... and winds west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30
mph.

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
