... Lake effect Snow Advisory remains in effect from 1 PM
Wednesday to 7 PM EST Thursday...

* locations... portions of central New York including The Finger
lakes and Cortland... Chenango and Otsego counties.

* Hazard types... lake effect snow.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches expected
Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night... along with another 2
to 4 inches possible Thursday.

* Timing... snow showers and squalls developing Wednesday
afternoon... then bands of lake effect snow Wednesday night
and Thursday.

* Impacts... hazardous travel.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Temperatures... in the lower 20s.

A lake effect Snow Advisory Means Lake effect snow is forecast
