The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a wind
chill watch... which is in effect from late Friday night through
Sunday afternoon.

* Locations... portions of central New York including Seneca...
southern Cayuga... Cortland... Chenango and Otsego counties.

* Hazard types... lake effect snow and blowing snow this evening.
Bitter Cold Saturday and Sunday.

* Accumulations... another 1 to 2 inches of snow can be expected
this evening. This will combine with previous snowfall to
produce areas of hazardous travel especially early this evening.

* Timing... lake effect snow through this evening. Bitter Cold
Saturday and Sunday.

* Impacts... hazardous travel due to snow covered roads and blowing
and drifting snow. Bitter Cold Saturday and Sunday.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Temperatures... 5 to 15 degrees tonight. Temperatures will fall
to 5 to 15 below Saturday afternoon into Sunday.

* Wind chill... as low as 25 to 35 below Saturday into Sunday.
