Jersey.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This Winter Storm Warning means that significant amounts of snow
are expected. The snow will make travel very hazardous or
impossible.

Special Statement
Statement as of 11:57 AM EST on March 05, 2015

... A large area of heavier snow continues to affect the region...

As of 1150 am, National Weather Service Doppler radar and surface
reports continued to indicate a large area of heavier snow moving
across the region.

The snowfall rates will be an inch per hour during the more
intense snow, which will reduce the visibilities to one half mile
or less. The combination of increased snowfall rates and
temperatures dropping through the 20s will continue to result in
hazardous Road conditions.

If you must travel, slow down, use extra caution and be prepared
for poor Road conditions and visibilities.
