Special Statement
Issued: 7:53 PM EST Feb. 10, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Patchy black ice may develop this evening...

Isolated snow showers will be coming to an end this evening.
However... temperatures were dropping below freezing and winds
were rather light. This may allow patchy black ice to develop on
wet roads and walkways from the earlier snow showers. Motorists
are urged to drive with extra caution this evening as roads that
appear wet may be icy.
