... Coastal Flood Watch in effect from Monday evening through late
Monday night...

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a coastal Flood
Watch... which is in effect from Monday evening through late
Monday night.

* Location... coastal New Hampshire and coastal Maine.

* Coastal flooding... minor coastal flooding and splash over is
possible.

* Timing... high tide Monday night is around 1 am. High water
conditions are expected an hour or two on either side of the
high tide.

* Impacts... inundation of low lying areas near the coast is
possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal Flood Watch means that conditions favorable for
flooding are expected to develop. Coastal residents should be
alert for later statements or warnings... and take action to
protect property.
