... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until midnight EST
tonight...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
10 am EST Sunday...

* accumulations... snow accumulation of 4 to 7 inches.

* Hazard types... snow and low wind chills.

* Wind chill... as low as 29 below due to temperatures 7 below to
3 above zero... and winds northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to
35 mph.

* Timing... snow will develop early this morning... with the
heaviest snow expected during the day Saturday. Low wind chills
are expected Saturday night.

* Impacts... frostbite and hypothermia if unprotected from the
cold. Slippery travel in snow. Low visibilities in blowing
snow.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Visibilities... one quarter mile or less at times.

* Temperatures... 7 below to 19 above zero.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
