Sunday...

* accumulations... snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. The highest
amounts are expected on the southern edge of Penobscot County to
the south of greater Bangor.

* Locations... interior Hancock and southern Penobscot County.

* Hazard types... snow today. Dangerously cold wind chills late
Saturday night into Sunday morning.

* Timing... snow will occur mostly this afternoon. Cold wind
chills are expected late Saturday night into Sunday morning.

* Impacts... snowfall will result in difficult driving
conditions. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if not
dressed appropriately while outdoors.

* Winds... north 5 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Temperatures... mostly in the teens this afternoon... and 5 to 10
below late tonight.

* Visibilities... 1/2sm or less at times.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
