for northern York and southwestern Cumberland counties...

At 455 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable
of producing large damaging hail up to Golf Ball size and damaging
winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located near Hollis... or 12
miles north of Alfred... moving east at 40 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Alfred... Gorham... Buxton... Hollis... Cornish... Standish... Waterboro...
Scarborough... Lyman... Limington... Limerick... Newfield... Shapleigh...
