Special Statement
Issued: 4:04 AM EST Feb. 9, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Untreated roads will remain slippery for the morning rush
hour...

Scattered light snow showers and flurries will gradually come to
an end by mid morning... but some locations may receive a fresh
coating to one half inch of new snow. Otherwise... the main
concern is that with temperatures well below freezing untreated
roads will remain snow covered and slippery for the morning rush
hour. Motorists are urged to drive with extra caution.
