* Wind chill readings... 10 below to 20 below zero... except 20 to
30 below zero across the High Mountain terrain.

* Timing... late tonight into Sunday morning.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph... gusts 30 to 40 mph.

* Temperatures... from 5 below zero across high elevations to 10
above zero along some river valleys tonight.

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Fayetteville... moving southeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts up to 35 mph are possible with this squall.

Locations impacted include...
Summersville... Fayetteville... Richwood... Marlinton... Babcock State Park...
Webster Springs... Oak Hill... Montgomery... Chesapeake... Marmet... Mount
