==Discussion==

Conditions are favourable for the development of dangerous
thunderstorms that may be capable of producing damaging wind gusts
and damaging hail.

A upper level system moving into southern Alberta has the potential
to initiate severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.

To report severe weather, you can also call 1-800-239-0484.

Very large hail can damage property, break windows, Dent vehicles
and cause serious injury. Very strong wind gusts can damage
buildings, down trees and blow large vehicles off the Road.
Remember, severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Be prepared
for severe weather. Take cover immediately, if threatening weather
approaches. Stay away from all windows, skylights and doors.
Lightning kills and injures canadians every year. Remember, when
thunder roars, go indoors(exclamation mark)

Environment Canada meteorologists will update alerts as required.
Please monitor local media or weatheradio. To report severe weather,
send an email to storm(at)ec.Gc.CA or tweet reports to (hash)abstorm.
