The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a beach

this evening.

* Hazards... high ocean swell of 12 to 13 feet will create breaker
heights of 17 to 20 feet in the surf zone along the coast.

* Timing... large breakers are expected through this
evening... lowering some tonight.

* Locations include... all coastal areas of Curry... Coos... and
Douglas counties will be impacted.

* Potential impacts... extra caution should be used at the beaches
through this evening. Expect waves to run up on the beach more
than normal. Always keep an eye to the sea.
