... Wind Advisory in effect from 11 am this morning to 8 PM PDT
this evening...

The National Weather Service in Hanford has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 11 am this morning to 8 PM PDT
this evening.

* Winds... northwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Timing... this morning through 8 PM this evening. The strongest winds
will occur late this afternoon into the early evening hours.

* Impacts... gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
