... Wind Advisory in effect until 2 PM PST this afternoon...
... High Wind Warning is cancelled...

The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Wind
Advisory... which is in effect until 2 PM PST this afternoon. The
High Wind Warning has been cancelled.

* Winds... areas of east winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* Timing... winds increasing into this morning... then decreasing
during the afternoon.

* Visibility... locally reduced in blowing dust.

* Impacts... strong cross winds will be a potential hazard for
high profile vehicles. Broken tree limbs and other debris will
be possible.

* Outlook... periods of gusty east winds will continue into
Tuesday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult... especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
