... High Wind Warning remains in effect until 9 PM CST /8 PM MST/
this evening...

* timing... through early Sunday evening... with the strongest
winds expected during the day Sunday.

* Winds... northwest winds gusting up to 65 mph.

* Impacts... travel will be hazardous over western North Dakota.

... Near zero visibility in Dunn and Stark counties...

At 530 am MST law enforcement reported near zero visibility along
Highway 22 between Manning and Dickinson due to snow and blowing
snow. The low visibilities were associated with an area of snow
moving through and strong northwest winds. The worst visibilities
should last for an hour or two until the snow moves through.

Prepare for greatly reduced visibilities when traveling this
morning.
