Issued: 7:40 PM CST Feb. 11, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
noon CST Friday...

* wind chill values... 25 below to 35 below zero.

* Sustained winds... northwest 10 to 15 mph.

* Wind gusts... 20 to 25 mph... especially late tonight and Friday
morning.

* Frostbite time... 20 to 30 minutes on exposed skin.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and winds will
combine to generate very cold wind chills. This may result in
hypothermia... and frost bite is possible if exposed skin is not
covered. If you venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves... and cover exposed skin exposed to the wind.
