... Lake effect Snow Advisory in effect until 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/
Wednesday...

The National Weather Service in Marquette has issued a lake
effect Snow Advisory for lake effect snow... and blowing snow
which is in effect until 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ Wednesday. The lake
effect snow warning has been cancelled.

Hazardous weather...

* snow showers will continue moderate to heavy at times into
   Wednesday afternoon before diminishing late.

* Expect additional accumulations through Wednesday afternoon to
   range between 3 and 8 inches from Ironwood and Wakefield to
   Bergland... White Pine and Mass City. Farther inland... an
   additional 1 to 3 inches will accumulate from Watersmeet and
   Marenisco to Bruce Crossing through Wednesday afternoon.

* Expect areas of blowing snow with reduced visibility through
   Wednesday afternoon along Lake Superior.
