... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 130 PM CDT/230 PM
EDT/ for southeastern Iroquois and southwestern Benton counties...

At 1051 am CDT /1151 am EDT/... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
that have produced heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 5 inches
of rain have fallen from thunderstorms earlier this morning. While
thunderstorms have temporarily ended... additional thunderstorms are
expected through early afternoon. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Stockland... Dunnington... Milford... Sheldon... Wellington and Ambia.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
