... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 10 am EST Sunday...

* wind chill... as low as 14 below due to temperatures 1 to 10
above... and winds northwest 10 to 20 mph.

* Impacts... dangerous wind chills can result in frostbite or
hypothermia in just a few minutes. Frigid temperatures could
freeze water pipes.

Precautionary/preparedness actions... a Wind Chill Advisory is
issued when strong wind will combine with cold temperatures to
