* winds... southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* Timing... the very windy conditions are expected to develop
Saturday morning and persist into the early evening.

* Impacts... high profile vehicles should be prepared for possible
strong cross winds. Winds of these magnitudes may cause loose
objects to suddenly become airborne.

visibility across portions of southeast Washington and northeast
Oregon.
