* timing... periods of snow through the day Monday. The snow could
mix with rain... Monday afternoon.

* Snow accumulation... 3 to 6 inches with locally higher amounts.

* Wind and visibility... southwest to south winds 15 to 25 mph with
gusts to 30 mph in open areas. Visibility may fall to below a
half mile in a combination of heavier snow and blowing snow.
