... A line of strong thunderstorms will affect northern Rutland
Windsor and Orange counties in Vermont...

At 145 PM EDT... a cluster of strong thunderstorms was along a line
extending from near Barnet to near Randolph to near Brandon... and
moving northeast at 45 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations to be impacted include...
Brandon... Chelsea... Chittenden... Orange... Hanover... Hartford...
Randolph... Haverhill... Norwich... Hartland... Williamstown...
Pittsford... Bradford... Royalton... Bethel... Proctor... Sharon...
Corinth... Brookfield and Tunbridge.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms... and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
