... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST

* timing... midnight tonight through mid morning Saturday. Lowest
wind chills between 4 am and 7 am.

* Wind chill... as low as 20 to 25 below zero.

* Wind... northwest 15 to 20 mph... decreasing to 10 to 15 mph
after midnight.

* Temperatures... around zero to 10 below.

* Impacts... frostbite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken. The cold wind chills will cause
