... Lake effect Snow Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST
this evening...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST Sunday...

* snow accumulations... 4 to 6 inches are possible locally in the
most persistent lake effect bands.

* Period of most intense snow... through midday.

* Snow ending... this evening.

* Wind chill... as low as 18 below due to temperatures 4 below to
13 above zero... and winds northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up
to 25 mph.

* Impacts... snow will accumulate rapidly where lake effect snow
bands persist. Visibility will be sharply reduced.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
