Dense Fog Advisory
Statement as of 8:08 AM CDT on August 30, 2015

... Dense fog advisory remains in effect until 10 am CDT this
morning...

* visibility... reduced to 1/4 mile or less at times across much of
the advisory area... although some areas will be worse than
others. In general... fog should generally gradually improve from
west-to-east... with counties closest to Highway 81 most likely
to hang onto dense fog the longest.

* Impacts... dense fog will make travel more difficult early this
morning... and motorists are urged to drive with caution and
prepare for rapid changes in visibility over short distances.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
