* hazard... very cold air and wind.

* Wind chill readings... 10 below to 20 below zero... except 20 to
30 below zero across the High Mountain terrain.

* Timing... late tonight into Sunday morning.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph... gusts 30 to 40 mph.

* Temperatures... from 5 below zero across high elevations to 10
above zero along some river valleys tonight.

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds

Roane... Clay and western Fayette counties...

At 841 PM EST... a broken band of snow squalls was over Alum
Creek... or near Nitro... moving east at 35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 35 mph are possible with this squall.

Locations impacted include...
Charleston... Nitro... Fayetteville... Winfield... Hamlin... Sutton... Clay...
Jefferson... South Charleston... St. Albans... Dunbar... Oak Hill... hurricane...
Sissonville... Milton... Montgomery... Chesapeake... Eleanor... Marmet and
