The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of northeast Pennsylvania...
including the following Lackawanna... Luzerne... Pike and ...
southern Wayne.

* From 8 PM EDT this evening through Friday morning.

* Showers and isolated thunderstorms with localized heavy
rainfall.

* The flood threat will be primarily in poor drainage areas such
as urban locations. Widespread stream flooding is not expected
and no flooding is expected along the major rivers.
