* At 1049 PM EST... a snow squall was along a line extending from near
Penfield to near Belltown. The squall was nearly stationary.

Winds of 30 mph and visibilities reduced to a mile or less are
possible with this squall.

Locations impacted include... Bellefonte... Pleasant Gap... Beaver
Springs... Millheim... Woodward... McClure... Madisonburg... seven
mountains... Boalsburg... Milesburg... Snow Shoe and Troxelville.

For those driving on Interstate 80... this includes areas between the
Woodland and Lamar exits... specifically from mile markers 125 to 168.
