* Wind chills... 20 to 25 below zero tonight.

* Timing... now through Sunday morning.

* Impacts... frostbite to exposed skin in just 15 to 30 minutes.
Hypothermia possible.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Temperatures... around zero.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

If you will be outdoors... dress in layers and wear a hat and
gloves. Young children... the elderly and the homeless are
especially vulnerable to the cold. Appropriate action should be

... A snow squall will affect southeastern Cameron... southeastern
Elk... northeastern Clearfield... central centre and west central
Clinton counties...

* until 845 PM EST.

* At 740 PM EST... a snow squall was near Belltown... moving southeast
at 30 mph.

Winds of 30 mph and visiblities reduced to a mile or less are
possible with this squall.

This squall will remain over mainly rural areas of central southern
centre... northeastern northern centre... northeastern Clearfield...
southeastern Cameron... southeastern Elk and southwestern northern
Clinton counties... including the following locations... Unionville...
Howard and Orviston.

For those driving on Interstate 80... this includes areas between the
Kylertown and Lamar exits... specifically from mile markers 145 to
169.

This includes the following interstates...
Interstate 99 from mile markers 78 to 85.
Interstate 180

Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this snow
squall. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads are
likely to lead to accidents. Consider delaying travel until the
squall passes your location.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
