... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am EST Sunday...
... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...

* snow accumulation... 3 to 5 inches.

* Snow ending... snow taper off this morning... but snow showers
and flurries will continue into the evening.

* Wind chill... as low as 22 below due to temperatures 3 below to
8 above zero... and winds west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30
mph.

* Impacts... frost bite and hypothermia are possible if
precautions are not taken.
