night to 10 am EST Sunday...

The National Weather Service in gray has issued a Winter Weather
Advisory for snow... which is in effect until midnight EST
Saturday night.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 3 to 6 inches.

* Hazard types... snow and low wind chills.

* Wind chill... as low as 26 below due to temperatures 5 below to
3 above zero... and winds northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up
to 30 mph.

* Timing... snow will develop after midnight tonight... with the
heaviest snow expected during the day Saturday. Low wind
chills are expected Saturday night.

* Impacts... frostbite and hypothermia if unprotected from the
cold. Slippery travel in snow. Low visibilities in blowing snow.

* Winds... northwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* Visibilities... one quarter to one half mile at times.

* Temperatures... 5 below to 20 above zero.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
