times.

* Accumulations... snow accumulation of 8 to 12 inches along with
localized higher amounts up to 14 inches possible.

* Timing... snow overspreads the region from south to north through
7 am. The snow may begin as a brief period of rain across Cape

... Coastal Flood Warning remains in effect until 1 PM EST this afternoon...

* location... eastern Massachusetts coastline from Plymouth County
south through Cape Cod and Nantucket.

* Coastal flooding... areas of moderate coastal flooding are
expected during the late morning high tide cycle. Most

tide cycle very late this evening... but today/S high tide
remains the bigger concern.

* Timing... within a couple of hours before and after the late
morning high tide cycle... specifically 9 am to 1 PM.
