A little about my self -

I joined weather Underground in August of 2005 right after they opened the blogging feature. I have been a weather hobbyist since the middle 60's when I lived on the west coast of Florida, north of the Tampa Bay area. I currently live in a small community in central Illinois.

I have been through numerous Hurricanes during my life time. The worse being Hurricane Camille in August 17,1969, A Cat 5, where the eye passed over the location I was at. That being Biloxi, Ms when I was in the USAF stationed at Keesler AFB.

Quoting palmettobug53:
At lunch today, I kept seeing her bringing white fluffy stuff from somewhere and thrusting it into the nest, then sitting in the nest and kicking her legs around inside it, to open it up and deepen it.

I hadn't tuned in since early last week, after the two chicks fledged out and they set up a second camera outside the netting.

I'm really glad I got the notion to check today. Dad will be excited!

I'll be heading up to see him Friday morning. I'll get some webcams set up in his recommended links and we'll have a few more short computer lessons.

I gotta get to bed. I'ts only 9:00 and I'm about asleep on the keyboard.

Thats about what they were saying in chat there .. I had check on the cam right after they fledged and saw the babbies a couple of times flying back and forth .. but haven't checked it till today in awhile ..do you know where the hummers are located .. S Cal is my guess ..

You should put Ylee's blog on Dads blog ..

Edit : Have you ever thought about getting Dad an aquarium

No, probably not.

Sometimes those low swooping fronts dust the Upstate a bit.

Here's the link to Rob's YouTube embed generator.

You right click on the video, as it starts to play and copy the URL. Put that in the first blank field at the top, click generate and then copy/paste the code. I use the first one. I'm not sure what the others are or what the difference is. Rob could probably tell you, if you're curious enough to know.

I came by to tell you that Phoebe is nesting again. They've changed the camera angle, so I don't know if she's building a new one or refurbishing the old one.
