Tonight's forecast: Dark. Continued dark with scattered light by moring. Increasing light through most of the day. More dark is expect to move in late tomorrow afternoon!

But all seriousness aside, expect 1-3 inches in Carroll, Howard & Frederick Counties and 2-4 inches in Baltimore, AA & Harford Counties.

I'm so glad THAT is over with. Cold and windy for the next few days under partly cloudy skies. Temps will moderate as the year closes with a chance of rain over the weekend. Expect a slightly milder start to January.

New Weather term: BRRRRRRRR!

As I said all along, the storm could change directions. It has! This has been the root cause of the forecast difficulty with this storm. Beginning tonight expect 7 -10" of snow with blizzard like conditions Sunday afternoon! Continued windy & cold through Wednesday. Usually I look towards longer range forecasting, but this event warranted closer observation
