When I try to set push alerts, I keep getting a message that says "Server not Responding". I am using an iPhone 6 Plus (obviously with iOS 8). This is bad when we are having severe thunderstorms and tornado watches in our area. Can you please fix this or perhaps give me suggestions on how to fix it or do a work-around?

Please make fix your new software or make classic available. Viewing history on iPad is nearly impossible. I also can no longer see my precipitation accumulation. Looking for new a new network that The Weather Channel can't screw up. #newWUstinks

I know this is most likely in the wrong place, but, I figured it might be the best place to ask. :) I do not use the WU on the phone....as well, my phone is a flip phone, not a "smartphone" (right....) Anyways, I was wondering where we change the super-mega-awesome clip art for our weather. :) Any help is appreciated.

*And I apologize to all smartphone users, as I don't care for them. and I am going to most likely get banned for this....oh well. I am not making a personal attack....i don't think.*

*And sorry for my horrid grammar/spelling...well, I haven't slept much (maybe 3-5h a night for 5 nights.....).... :D*

THANKS!! :D

Dumb survey with an agenda of its own.

Please make classic wu available on iphone. When I try to go to classic wu, your site makes me choose between using the wund iphone app or using the full NU WU site. The old radar is user friendly and I do not have to fight the now-default wundermap each time I change location. I want to use classic.

It would be nice to be able to highlight via a Star or Pin the location of points of interest for me. ie. home location, friends location, etc.

The app on my mobile phone is still the old app and I am happy since I am not so pleased with the new site on my computer.

I am trying it out and looking for "good" things about it, but what is most important to me takes a couple of clicks to get to.

The radar maps are most important. Now I have to do a couple of clicks to get there.

Can I have the old version back?

Your website can be confusing, I often see "tomorrow is predicted to be warmer than today" when the temperature is going to be a lot cooler! Later that afternoon/evening it catches up, but golly this needs to be fixed.

Also think too much info on page. Should be able to customize your page to show the parts you want only. Thank you.

There is an option for "Other Tablet"..and most questions offer the "other" option as well.

Quoting 20. swhobbit:

Your survey is junk. It stalled when I didn't select " an application". I don't USE an application, I use the Chrome web browser on a Nexus 7.

I use the main WU URL on a Nexus 2013 7" tablet and frankly, it's poor; it's slow and not generally formatted with the information one wants on the first page. Instead, radar dominates the top of the screen.

Requirements:
- It needs to load in under two seconds
- A conditions summary and forecast must visible without scrolling

As for what I use overall:
- conditions
- forecast
- basic radar
- basic almanac

Also, don't report it as "seven day forecast" if you're only showing five days and have to click for the remaining days.

I would throw out showing your default desktop display on Mobile and start from the iPhone (iwund.com) stripped down elements. Then add cautiously to them.

p.s. This comment box needs work. if you expand, the local weather column now appears UNDER the right side of the input text.

I'm not altogether thrilled with the new format, which takes longer to load with my connection, And i'm not altogether thrilled with having to sign up to get the weather pages. Strikes me as a change without an improvement. Some of the multi-variable charting is nice, but I was happy with the previous format. But it is what it is. I'm the tail, not the dog.

The survey is (slightly?) broken. I use no mobile weather apps on a regular basis, but I cannot continue past question 2 without checking a box to select one. Personally, I feel that any survey with required responses is broken - you can never anticipate all possible respondent situations. Sometimes there is in fact no answer.

I really like the new main WU main page - very intuitive in spite of having so much on one page. A example of excellence in web page design. I tend to look at it on a very large monitor.

This site has gotten ridiculously complex to use and often impossible to get correct. I use this on desk and notebook PCs. This used to be my "go to" site. Now I am looking for something else.

I like the new design which is easy to follow. The different color and font design makes it easier to look at a glance to the different options. The time laps weather appears to be faster loading, to me.

I use mobile app on iPhone. When looking at full page radar, if I go to options to put the radar in motion, I can't get the option box to go away. So it blocks my view of the full page radar.

The entire site does not display correctly although the old one looked fine every time I used it.
The local radar is totally missing.
Lines of text are jumbled. Site is unusable in present form!

It is lousy. I still cannot get my area code each time I open - even designating favorites. It is much less user friendly for area information. Generally, it is not a better product!

The type and pictures for the 10 day forecast winds up being so small I can't make it out on my little tablet. TOO MUCH STUFF on one page.

The old page had a place to click on for pictures around the weather area that was on the screen. I liked that better than looking up photos the way it is now.

the 10 day weather icons need animation, brighter colors, favorite cities like on the old nexrad to where you can view all cities, add more color to the whole thing.move the animate radar back to where it was at in the corner.

I do not like the new weather map. In order to see my area, I have to zoom way in. Then the motion is not nearly as clear as the old maps were. When rain or storms are coming, I want to be able to see all of the details of intensity and movement clearly. Definitely liked the old maps better. This may be an "updated look" like the rest of the site, but it is not as informative.
