Dec 26, 2012: I cannot believe it is already the last week of the year. WOW...
Christmas just passed and New Year Day is around the corner.
I will load up my family Christmas Eve photos as soon as the problem is fixed.... see prev blog.
Thank you all so much for all your posts and comments and graphics in the prev blog. Having all of you as friends over the years means a lot.

Here are my weather Maps. This one had to be removed from my above the blog spot; it was causing my computer problems.

I found out, these maps are measuring fire hazard and soil moisture, not necessary drought according to rainfall.

For inspiration I went back to prev blogs and found the 5 new paintings I did in 2010 and 2 more I did in the mid 1990's. Not putting in here pictures of my wall murals or the pirate ship I did for Nolan.
Sure hope when I start painting as a career I am able to paint a little faster than it took me to complete these paintings!
Sept 6, 2010: My latest painting. Not really happy about this one...did not turn out as I hoped but it is done... We will see.
Still will need to take to art class next week to get feedback..
I finished this painting Oct 11, 2010 at class tonight... Now I have 5 completed "new" canvas.
This is the vision I had in my head early last Tuesday morning, a Fantasy that I could not wait to put on canvas... I really enjoyed painting this one.
Finished early August. A tropical sunset painting of a lone palm. I hope to do a series of tropical sunset and/or sunrise paintings in the near future.
My completed painting of the Everglades Marsh. I painted this in July 2010.
Sept 20, 2010. I finished this painting today and got my art teacher's approval tonight so I could sign it. This one I finally started feeling comfortable so I must keep on painting as often as I can. This is another one from the Everglades.
This is another painting I did in 1996. I got the inspiration off a Menue cover from one of our resturants down here.
I painted this in the mid 1990's. Last night my art teacher had me made a few little adjustments to the painting and it made such a difference.

Are you alive this morning? How was the party last night?
Thank you all so much for your greetings.
The party was great fun, cannot believe we stayed out so late...for us anyway...
and of course we had our ride home safely.
Yesterday was a "rest" day for the most part...
now today will be a get back to business day.
I still have all the outside decorations, the back patio decorations and the tree to take down this week.
Noly is not feeling well so he is home with me today.
therefore, not sure how much I will get done.
Let us all hope 2013 is a great year for us all!
It makes me want to develop a "style" of art with my camera. There are so many great photos out there, I need to find my own way of doing things... Something else to keep me busy in 2013! Hopefully my health will cooperate this year!!
Hope Noly is feeling better now, little ones bounce back so quickly.
