I have been a "weather geek" all of my life and living in the tropics since '79 has just made it more interesting. Great site for info and friends.

After all the rain for the past 2 days, 3" at my house but some areas over a foot of rain with flooding, we are now getting some cold air. Well, not "cold" by your standards but "cold" by sub-tropical standards. We are not suppose to get up into 80's again for the next week at least!
Going to get down into 40's next three nights and by Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we should have beautiful weather, temps in 60's at night and mid 70's in day.
Whooo Hoooo! We can turn off the A/C for a few days !!!

Busy day around here. But got to set up a new blog thread.
will put up new pictures later but right now it is very busy around here.
Baby Nolan is just such a cutie pie a "little pumpkin...remember Halloween! :o)"
and is taking everything in stride. Rylee is the loving Big Sister.
Baron is no longer the "baby cousin" he has now been promoted to the "Big Cousin" grouping and he likes it!
And the Dolphins won today!
I promise I have Christmas Decoration pictures and I have grandkids pictures but must go for now....will fill it all in later.

Dec 17, 2009:
I know I promised some pictures and told some stories about the grands and their school programs, etc.. Well, going to put a lot of photobucket photos here for your enjoyment!
I know I should have edited and cropped some of these
but that takes so long.... sorry for the extra space they are taking up.
Oldest, Cole who is now 6 yrs old and in 1st Grade
at his School Holiday Program on Dec 2nd.
He is the one at the end of the top row.
Here is Cole with one of his buddies after the Successful Program.
And Wed 12/16, at his brother's (Ty) program, he had to show me that he finally lost that loose tooth last night.
Now Rylee who is 4 yrs old and remember last blog I told you all about her first Dance Recital and how funny it was.
When the Dancers came on stage the teacher told them all to go to their "color spot" and the entire team except Rylee walked off other side of the stage.. while Rylee stood on the stage on her correct spot and just smiled all by herself!
Then we got one of her and friend doing their dance routine.
Yes, she can dance.
Then remember I told you out of no where she started doing her own little "freestyle" dancing that was not part of the dance! We all about lost it laughing at her jumping up in the air and flapping her arms around. It was so funny.
And because everyone was clapping (and laughing) she was so proud of her performance, look at that deep bow she took at the end of the program! LOL
Next comes Grandson Ty who is in 3K this year and will be 4 yrs in January. His School Holiday program was Wed. They were all "reindeers" with their hand painted shirts and head piece.
Ty's class all lined up singing their songs, he is in center of this group with long black pants. He was really getting into his songs.
Yes those children are in shorts in mid December, it was already about 85 degrees that morning.
In between songs here he is with his funny face waiting for the "cue" from his teacher.
Here Ty is getting his Christmas Present ready (with the help of his Aunt BeeBee) to show his Mommy what he made at school for her. Such a cute idea, using their hands to make a wreath and thumb prints for the red berries and put their picture in the center.
Next is Grandson Baron and while he did not do a "school program" and he will not be two until January, we do have him enjoying the Holidays.
Here is the Artist Baron doing a Painting. He really gets into painting; perhaps we have another artist in the family?
And here he is exploring Gamma's Christmas Tree after he arrived last week.
And Rylee and Baron went to Bass Pro shop earlier this week and wrote a letter to Santa. Baron is trying his best to show Santa his good letters!
And since Baron is so short he cannot reach the mailbox so big cousin Rylee is helping to lift him so he can mail his Letter to Santa.
And last but not least, we have baby Nolan, just chilling and being a good little boy!
Comments will take a few seconds to appear.
