Another dusting

Here we go again. A light dusting again today. Seems this is the year of the dusting. Haven't had any real snow yet. We could use some serious precipitation. We're not out of this drought yet and this year is starting off slow.

About an inch

Yesterday and last night, we got a gentle inch of snow. It wasn't cold enough to stick on the clear ground or under trees but it made for some nice views. The picture to the left is looking off the front porch this afternoon and much of the snow has already melted. The wind is blowing hard with wind chills in the single digits.

A little more snow

It snowed again today. After some 30+ mph winds, the snow started coming sideways then after a bit it snowed pretty heavy, but only for a few minutes. Enough to make the ground white and make the dog happy.
