Hmmmm, you knew these pinko commie moderators would get even for my unwarranted name calling and cracking jokes against them every chance I get. I posted, walked away and then bamm! My post was gone. Now you know they'll saunter in here claiming it wasn't them Thank God we have the 2nd Amendment. Yep, I've got my semi automatic keyboard right here, and it's loaded with 8 fingers and 2 thumbs. They'll never know what hit them.
So, I', sick. I have a sore throat, watery eyes, sores in my mouth runny nose, cough and a fever. Did you hear me? I'm sick! sick, sick sick. Yep, I'm a big baby when I'm sick and everyone has to hear about it and it leads to the QOD:
When you are sick, are you a whiner, stoic or do you let everyone know about it?

Pinko commie.. That sickness, I couldn't get Pink Floyd The Wall some of those songs out my head..
Feel better..
When I do, I prefer to crawl into a dark corner by myself and be left alone.
Feel better soon!
Ric's post, saunters back out.
Gee Snake muses, I wonder if Ric noticed I was wearing
my HazMat suit? Nothing personal you understand. :)
Haven't had the Flu for 22 years now, and don't want it this year either.
it wasn't ME!!!!hehehehe
Get well soon.
Q.O.D> I don't think I'm a whiner.
Less is more when it comes to feeling rotten.
Maybe you're just not as feral as the rest of us. :D
I have a concotion that I take when I'm sick that seems to work wonders: Two minced cloves of garlic, about a half-dollar-sized chunk of ginger, shredded boiled in 12 oz. of water, with a glob of honey, a splash of lime. I dunk a green tea bag in the whole mess, and then strain off the solids. Sometimes a gluck of coconut oil. Soothing to the throat and seems to really help, along with some goldenseal, zinc and cat's claw. Dark rum when my body calls for it, and as much sleep as I can get.
If you bundle up to help your fever do it's thing, make sure somebody is watching you to make sure your fever doesn't get dangerously high. For me, after a few hours of babbling and humming and grunting, my fever breaks, and from that point on, I'm on the road to recovery.
I swear, every time I get sick I promise myself to make a sweat lodge. Someday it will be so.
Feel better!
