Today will be cloudy with a 60% chance of showers early this morning and early this afternoon. A thunderstorm is possible. The wind will become northeast at 30 km/h (19 mph) this morning. A high of 15C(59F) is expected.
Tonight will see the showers ending overnight then cloudy. There is expected to be 10 to 15 mm(0.4 to 0.6 in) of rain accumulating. The wind will continue from the north at 40 km/h (25 mph) gusting to 60 km/h (37 mph). An overnight low of 3C(37F) is forecast.

We had a bit of a thunderstorm yesterday. Abby went to her bed and remain there till it ended. She didn't show any sign of fear but I guess she feels secure on her blanket at the foot of my bed.

I had the G Granddaughter again last night. I won the battle easily. I fed her about 6:30, changed her bum about 7:00. I was going to give her a bottle around 8:00 but she didn't want it. She went to sleep instead. I guess my babysitting job is secure.

Hi Tony! The dancing baby finally worked for us. We got over 2 inches of rain yesterday. Still need more but that was a great start.

Going away for a few days. Up to Orlando and Seaworld, then St Augustine, and then to the Kennedy Space Center. We have tickets to watch the launch this Saturday.

Have a great week!

Good morning Plapman :-)
Looks like you're in for some rain, then a chilly day tomorrow. Hopefully this will be the last time you get down to freezing this spring. We got our veggie garden planted last weekend and had some nice warm weather last week which helped get the tomatoes off to a good start. Thank goodness the severe weather Thursday missed our neighborhood. The supercells blew up just to the north of us. Windsor about 40 miles north of us is a real mess. The tornado looks like it was an EF3. Hope you don't get too much severe weather in Manitoba this summer. Have a great Sunday!
